1. Do you have a shop?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30am to 4:30pm.  Closed Sunday and Monday.  The address is:  1 Dean Road, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12 7SN


2. How can I pay?
Top Dog accepts all major credit/debit cards through our secure payment pages.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch, Solo and JCB.  Postal Orders and cheques (made payable to Top Dog Petwear) can be sent to the address on our contact page.  Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear.


3. What are your shipping costs?
UK recorded delivery is £2.50.  For orders overseas the charge is £6.95.


4. Must I buy online?
No, if you prefer you can ring 01723 364228 and place your order over the phone with our friendly sales team. The office is open Monday-Friday 9.30am-5:00pm


5. How quickly will I receive my order?
If the item is in stock we aim to dispatch all orders in 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and you should receive it within 2-3 working days.  Please allow a little longer during our busier times such as November and December.  The date for last orders to guarantee delivery before Christmas is December 19th.   If the item is out of stock it may take up to 28 days for delivery.


6. What if I have to change or cancel my order?

You must notify us within 12 hours.  If we have not despatched your order you can change the size or colour options; we can change delivery details; we can cancel items from you order or we can cancel your entire order.


7. Can I return an item?

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt so long as they are returned unused and in their original packaging. If your items are returned after 14 days we will issue you with a credit note. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our address, as we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system.  Please note that seasonal products, toys and Special Offers are not returnable.

If you want to exchange your item a £2.50 fee will be required for P&P.

If your item is faulty, you will be offered a full refund or a replacement.  Please note that postage costs are not refundable.  Please also note that toys and seasonal items are not returnable.  We strongly recommend that all toys, and particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only under supervision.

9. Do you deliver abroad?
  
Top Dog delivers all over the world. These destinations may incur additional delivery charges. Please telephone us on (+44) 1723 364228 or email to get a quote for a specific order. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.


10. How to measure your dog?
Please note that our sizes may sometimes sound a little confusing because we have items for the tiniest of dogs. Dogs come in many different shapes and sizes so please measure your pet carefully.
