Our Delivery and Returns Policy
UK postage is simply £2.50. All items are sent recorded delivery.
For orders overseas the charge is £6.95.
We aim to despatch all orders in 3-5 working days. You will be notified if items are out of stock and be given an estimated time for delivery.
What if I have to change or cancel my order?
You must notify us within 12 hours. If we have not despatched your order you can change the size or colour options; we can change delivery details; we can cancel items from you order or we can cancel your entire order.
Can I return an item?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt so long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. If your items are returned after14 days we will issue you with a credit note. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our address, as we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system.
If you want to exchange your item a £2.50 fee will be required for P&P.
If your item is faulty, you will be offered a full refund or a replacement. Please note that postage costs are not refundable. Please also note that toys and seasonal items are not returnable. We strongly recommend that all toys, and particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only under supervision.
